Forming services (cold sheet forming)
Cold rolling is usually used to produce sheets and belts with high surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The most important applications of cold rolling products are in cars, household equipment such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and washing machines, electrical devices, tanks and equipment, and construction materials. The sheets produced by cold rolling are first produced through hot rolling to the minimum possible thickness (about 1.5 mm), then after acid washing, thickness reduction and in some cases, their shape change is done by the cold rolling process.
Cross cutting services
This service is performed on cold and galvanized sheets from 0.25 to 2 mm thickness according to the customer's request. This machine is uniquely capable of cutting sheets with low thickness, the minimum order of the coil width is 30 mm. Ordering for each roll is possible from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 30 slices. This machine, while cutting very smooth and without pleats, collects the production coils very tightly and with one hand, which is very important in the next production process.
